Shara's Cream Cheese Guacamole Dip

1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 avocados, peeled and mashed
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
1 c. diced tomato

1) Combine all ingredients, except tomato, and stir well
2) Carefully stir in tomato
3) Serve with tortilla chips
